Nice win for the Caps. Ovie continues to prove he's the best player on earth. Hell ya. We're unstoppable at home. If we're 100% healthy down the stretch and get some goaltending help, we could definitely win the whole damn thing.

Another afternoon (12:30) game today at home, Johnson gets the green light between the pipes, against the Sens. We need another good showing!

Both those power play goals were so fast....I'm a Rangers fan being up here in NY, but because of my Redskins affiliation I root for the Caps and man they are so much fun to watch....this is really a great sport.

Yes....Fast & Great it is.
3 seconds on the first shorty from Green.
4 second on the 2nd shorty from who else the GREAT 8! He already has two, mid way through the second. I'm looking for the hats to fly today.

And fly they did...I'm thinking this one is over at 6-2, so I'm gonna watch the Bruins and Canadeians now.

That was the nail in the coffin for Hartsburg, the Sen's coach, he was fired today.
Good win for the Caps. They need to beat the teams they're supposed to beat. Which they haven't done often enough

Yes good win for sure. I agree we have been killing the strongest teams in the league, then hit a road bump on some team like lets say the jacks that we should take care of but fall short. With that said you can't win them all. And, we are 2nd in the East and you are what you are. Hard to beat that! And no one in the Southeast has a prayers chance of catching the CAPS.
And we are fully healthy now. We have a very strong chance of a Stanley Cup run with this squad & coaching staff.
You could certainly see are old bench boss Bryan Murray what appeared to be making calls during the game yesterday. This move was overdue. The Sens have the talent to win, they just aren't. Kinda reminds me of the greatest move the CAPS made in many years fairly early on by bringing in Bruce (GO GABBY) last season. The players didn't change, there record and game play sure did.
GO CAPS!!!!!

Clark to have season ending surgery. It's been a ruff couple of years for the Captain, his time with the CAPS might just be coming to an end.
