Brian Mitchell is a pure, unadulterated Skins hater. Ever since he got released in '99 he hasn't had anything positvie to say about the organization! He's like the ex-girlfriend who wanted to marry you but you dumped her right before Valentine's day, they're always gonna hate you! You can actually see him smirking in pleasure after each one of our losses on the post-game show. How can you be a B&G fan and listen to that dude? He's an Eagle...cause he's always player "catcher" for Andy Reid.

I hate that guy and wish Snyder would fire him from 980!

I don't care if he played for the Eagles or the Giants. Personally, I don't blame him for signing with a team in the division. He was a leader and a damn good return man (anybody else getting tired of watching Randle El gain no yards on punt returns?) for us and we dogged him when we signed Deion if I'm not mistaken. He made us pay for management's lack of loyalty every time he played us.

Yea BMitch was a stud with the Redskins. I liked the way he played with a attitude and he never backed down. He also could back it up with his play on the field. When we let him go he may have lost a step but he was such a vocal leader for our team that you need to keep a player like that.
Deon was looking for his last big payday. He was crying about coming back to play for Marty plus he had a toe injury. I couldnt stand him with the cowboys but he seems like he got his act together since retiring.

I think he still holds a grudge against Synder for releasing him. But he doesn't candy coat it when the Redskins play like garbage or do some dump sh*t. I rather have a guy who played the game give me the 411 than some media spokesperson that has never played the game of football on any level. Im in the Los Angeles area and I watch Washington Post Live everyday and they have some anoying Redskins insiders ( JLF and Jason Ried). What the Heck do they know about Redskin football? Both these clowns are always negative when the Redskins make any moves. I can't believe our Front office would share any info with these to idiots.

This is why we have know young talent at the O-Line or D-Line postions, cause we like to go after other teams veteran lineman. The Last 2 offensive line we drafted higher than the 3rd round since 2000 has to be Samuels and Jansen. Thats a D** Shame.

Anyone think we should be a more defensive mind team like Baltimore, Steelers,and Titans. If we focus mainly on our defense by strengthen our DE, and Linebackers this would give us a solid top 5 defense. Lets face it we have not had a scoring offense since maybe Nov Turner. This is just a thought guys because we just dont have enough picks to fill all the holes so lets just try to draft for our defense to keep us in games. Next year we draft strictly for the O-line. 1step and 1 year at a time. Lets be real its going to take some time to fix this mess.


Can't expect a good draft grade when you do not meet your team's critical needs. I still am pissed over what the '06? draft when we drafted 2 or 3 RBs when we already had Portis, Betts, the Rock, while we were, as always, hurting for linemen and DBs for depth. I know the draft rags are saying we are going to get a DE or DT, but I think we really need our top pick to be a T or G.

Have to agree with you there. Mitchell was a real Skin til we ditiched his ass for Sanders, which is probably at the top of Snyder's dumbest moves. Still remembering Johnny Morton torching him in 2000 in the Silverdome. Biggest lame ass bitch of all time!!!!!!!

also says maybin was a senior...he was a rs soph. im wary of us taking a DE this high, orakpo and jackson are the only ones id be ok with taking high. Larry English is someone id be interested in later on. I see brown, maybin, and ayers being busts, imo.

I never said he was a bum. I called him a jaded ex-girlfriend...Cause he NEVER has anything positive to say...EVER!!! I don't see Monk dissing the Skins, cause he has class. I don't hear Doug Williams dissing the Skins, cause he has class. I don;t even see Emmitt Smith dissing the Cowboys, cause he got over it! Brian Bicthcell (not a typo) never got over it...so he hates. That's why Portis ate his lunch on the radio! Why CP threatened to steal him! I think B- Mitche's " telling it like it is" routine gets a little tiresome. If you're going to tell it like it really is you have to speak the good also. His attitude of "you just have to do it" and making everything seem simple doesn't hold much water when he could'nt even break into the starting lineup. I liked his attitude as a player, he was one of my favorites, but that same attitude doesn't come off so well as a former player who was let go and now analizes the Redskins for a living. And no, anal-ize was not a typo either.
