Dang... Hey FD, I've got a bridge for sale ;) its a goodun!!!
Sorry the last guy got all my money. Actually the first system he had was way to much for my office so he worked me up another deal. I had to purchase 4 new PC's a net work so they could work somewhat together and I purchased a new multi function printer, copier, and scanner. I'm sure I could have found a better price but I have his business and he spends over 10 grand a year with me so it was not that big of a deal.

Did it include the appropriate software licenses for what you need?

Like you said, you and he have a business relationship. Sounds like he got you squared away, and when done right, that's worth a lot.

He is in the business of installing business systems and has installers, a service center, etc... I know some agents who just went out and purchased computers but they have all had issues and now are having to call in IT guys to fix them. So far mine are working fine but I'm not using much of the software but he is going to send someone out to spend the day helping with any issues. Most of the stuff I use is web based so it is not that hard to use and its alot of the stuff I have used for the past couple years.

I have a love hate relation with computers. I just purchased a new computer system for my office and I have no clue how to use all the stuff installed on them. I just took the spec sheet from our home office and gave it to a customer who does business computers systems and told him to get me what was needed. His first price was almost $11,000 then I sat him down and got him to about half that price. He said its a basic office system but I still get lost.

I heard the unit needs to be well-ventilated, almost to the point of impracticality. You sure it's well ventilated?
the original units had horrible cooling as well too, which they attempted to fix I think by a newer heatsink, they're suffering the same problems as a lot of laptops, trying to make things too sleek, slim, and powerful at the same time, without new technology
