Most states show a vote that is split pretty evenly between "in the top half" and "not in the top half." Given that, I think we could assume that conventional wisdom sees Jason Campbell in the 15-25 range at quarterback.
Not that it really matters what Joe America thinks of Campbell.
Yeah, I guess I expected there to be a lot more support in the expected areas (MD, VA, DC, MS. etc). What's probably very likely is the majority of people responding dont know a thing about his stats or scouting report, they just know he's the QB on a team that disappoints annually. Whose owner hung him out to dry in embarrassing fashion during the offseason.

Campbell's Ranks in the following measures by year:
DVOA (holding)
17th, 22nd, 18th
DYAR (improving -- mostly due to increasing games started per season)
21st, 17th, 16th
Completion % (improving drastically)
30th, 24th, 14th
Y/A (holding)
22nd, 24th, 26th
Adj Y/A [TDs add 20 yards, INTs subtract 45] (holding)
18th, 18th, 19th
TD Rate (holding...the 2006 number is in a small sample)
7th, 26th, 30th
INT Rate (improving)
13th, 8th, 1st
Sack Rate (declining drastically)
4th, 12th, 23rd
I guess the key figure to watch is the yards per attempt. All of his other peripherals suggest that this number will improve by up to a yard this season, which would result in about 2-3 additional PPG for the offense from Campbell alone. But it hasn't really improved from the day he came into the league.
I think he's probably improving his efficiency, but his declining supporting cast is masking these effects. If we finally get the 10 other offensive players moving in the right direction, the big year is absolutely inevitable.

No Burress in NY, I'll take JC over Eli anyday! He has comparable stats and he has got it done with lesser talent.
...........done what?

Uh please. Stop. They won yes. I'm not even a NE fan and I believe Eli was in the grass. The Refs should have called it. He throws up a hail marry. What would we be saying had a NE player caught the ball instead? The WR made the play. Barely. but he made the play. I would have also said the ball hit the ground cause in my eyes I'm seeing it move as the helmet hits the ground.
but you can argue the fact that they won. Skins have done nothing.
1) Eli was not in the grasp long enough the Ref was right there.
2)Barley or not he did it and the play had more then a couple of hundred cameras on it..........it didn't hit the ground
