Also I really like to listen to games called by Aikman. Fair, knowledgeable and he is definitely not a homer.

Collinsworth always has a look on his face like an infant that messed his diapers and knows it.

I like CC. I think he does a good job calling games. Entertaining too. Sounds like I'm in the minority though.

I can agree with Aikman.

Aikman is alright. I don't question Collinsworth's knowledge, just his attitude.

I couldn't agree more. I read this thread title and thought, "yeah, and?" I've felt this way about him for a long time. I hate that he's a Gator. He is such a smug ass. He seems to take pleasure in talking down about teams/players/coaches. He may know his X's and O's, but I absolutely loathe listening to him.

Speaking of Gators, I was in the same bar as him a few years ago right after a Florida home game in Gainesville... You wanna talk about arrogant? He had a holier than thou attitude like you wouldn't believe. Maybe that's when my dislike for the man began. All I know is I'm bummed I have to listen to him in place of Madden.

Since someone brought it up, I love Jaws. Even though he's an Eagle, as far as breaking down X's and O's on the fly from the booth there's no one better IMO. The guy knows the game as a player and analyst, and spends tons of time at NFL Films watching hour after hour of game tape. He knows what's up and he isn't a jerk about it.

Theismann's got a show starting this Friday on AM 980 WTEM, every weekday morning after a Redskins game. Could end up being a full time morning radio show

I'm indifferent to Collinsworth...and that's all I'll say about him

As for Jaws, I've mentioned it before, the best thing about him is that he talks that way off camera
