I still think this initial report is inaccurate, based on my experience and knowledge of media's rights

might be but they still made a point to make a staement enforcing it, he DOES own fed ex and can do what ever the hell he wants, he is turning it into his little fortress so the big kids can't pick on him, and he can play world of war craft with vinny all day

Snyder is sounding like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Iran. I guess one thing they can't stop is tweeting.

DUDE this is exactly what I thought when I read the first post of the thread...WEIRD! What made it plain to me is how they're both small (super small maybe?) and come across as blatantly smug.

LOL...

No not at all. Private property like FEDEX Field is a public invite situation. It is viewed by the Courts as more of a public trust. My bet is, if that ban is real, the Washington Post will have reporters out to interview with Attorneys by their side. This is not a private residence or private business. The public is being invited en masse onto the property. Cant enforce it anyway.

Yeah I mean doesn't the public typically "fund" the building w/ a levy or some kind of the new tax? Not sure about the specifics of FedEx but I've definitely read about other stadiums built on public funds (the ownership is franchise based i.e. the team as an entity is owned but the edifice is more or less a public venue).

I can see DS recinding all the tickets, putting up sheet metal human figures in each seat with a button he can press to pop them up when needed and playing crowd noise at each game over the loud speakers. LOL.

Media sees empty seats prior to game, then sent to a holding room while he presses the button, then media is brought back out with the fans in place. Sorry no fan interviews. LOL.

What the hell is going on with the beloved Skins? It seriously feels like the Titanic. Is Ds the boy in the plastic bubble? Honestly if it was me I'd be humiliated. I hold a press conference where I'd fire VC. Fire whoever is in charge of public relations and find someone new. Fire all these piss ant venders and hire one company to do it all. Hire a real security firm to provide security at the games. Hire a GM in the off season and tell him to fire everyone and bring in top talent. Then take my wife to a warm beach. Show back up in Sept. with a smile on my face.

DS, you need to wake up, get your head out of your ass, be a man, and get control of this situation instead of plodding along as if everything was hunky dory. Your losing your fan base. Slowly.

My cheap but has walked into Walmart and Target and have seen some nice Skins gear, thought about it, and put it back on the rack. I used to be a proud Skins fan no matter how bad they were, but I find myself distancing my self more and more. I'm usually a fan who is sitting on my couch watching the game no matter what. Shopping has to work around the Skins schedule. I find myself just not caring anymore. I turn the game on yet do other things and pop in and watch a few plays here and there. I don't know what it will be like when we are like 2-9 or 2-10.

The good news is both the Caps and Wizards won last night. The Wiz looked good.

They have always pumped in crowd noise over the speaker system. And I agree the wiz look good.

Danny boy is going to do everything he can to keep as much critizicing down to a low. He knows he's on the hot seat with us fans and he can't stand the bad talk he has been getting. You ask for it Danny so take your medicine like a man.

I've been saying that along as well. Snyder probably has already made his profits for this year from the ticket sales, but he can still get sucker punched by people not showing up, parking in his parking lots, buying his food and drinks, etc...

I am in Detroit so I only can make Skins road games in the rust belt, but I am not buying another Skins item until at least they hire a GM and Snyder gets his head out of his ass. Skins fans need to do what Lions fan do and just not show up. THe cost is ridiculous in itself, but to watch crappy football is just another slap in the face. I can go to see my Alma Mater play on Saturdays for as little as $10 and those kids give a better effort than the Skins do. They lose most of the time, but at least they come to play.

That is sad if they really do that. The now next to largest stadium should rock every Sunday, although with things the way they are maybe not. I hope the Caps can get to see Lord Stanley. They were fun to watch last season.

I'd still like to see the pic of the original Fire Him T Shirt from ten years ago.

Ask and you shall receive. I have had it pinned to my office wall for a long, long time. There was once a site called FireDanSnyder.com and I bought it from them. http://www.mistrhanky.com/fds_small.jpg
