Flozell isn't getting away with anything, he was just fined $50k and he could face a suspension for future offenses.
Chad Johnson/Ochocinco considering another name changeMTK 12-11-2009, 09:21 AM Flozell isn't getting away with anything, he was just fined $50k and he could face a suspension for future offenses. SolidSnake84 12-11-2009, 09:23 AM I like what Chad is doing. He's sending a message that the players are going to celebrate no matter what the fine. It's a passionate league. F what Goodell is doing.... We need more guys like TO and Chad as far as their celebrations. mlmdub130 12-11-2009, 09:32 AM Flozell isn't getting away with anything, he was just fined $50k and he could face a suspension for future offenses. this was his fourth and it's not for throwing footballs into the stands, i just think he should have been suspended this time, it was a cheap shot and could have hurt tuck Monkeydad 12-11-2009, 02:05 PM Flozell isn't getting away with anything, he was just fined $50k and he could face a suspension for future offenses. Yeah, they said that after the previous infraction too. djnemo65 12-11-2009, 06:07 PM Johnson, Ochocinco, "Hachi Go"? Chad's next name change - Shutdown Corner - NFL Blog - Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Johnson-Ochocinco-quot-Hachi-Go-quot-Chad-s?urn=nfl,207862) According to someone who watches his broadcasts at UStream -- which I might do someday if my television is stolen, there are no books left in the world, the rest of the internet dies and a sniper is perched outside ready to kill me the second I leave my home -- Chad Ochocinco plans on changing his name again. He made the announcement on Sunday morning before the game against the Lions. This time, the new name will be "Hachi Go," which is Japanese for "Eight Five." From Glenn S. Moore at The Dugout Sports Show: "I'm not sure how Mr. Goodell is going to take it," Ochocinco said as he held up the jersey. But why "Hachi Go"? A Japanese film crew was in town a couple weeks ago to do a piece on the Bengals for a NFL show over there. They said all NFL fans in Japan know who Chad Ochocinco(notes) is and they seriously made a proposal to Chad to change his last name to "Hachi Go". "Some fans of mine that are Japanese said I should change my last name to 'Hachi Go'." Well, by all means, if someone suggested it, you should do it. Can I be in line next? The season after "Hachi Go," I think you should be "Chad Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia." It would mean "Chad Fear of Long Words," but really, I just want to see how it looks on a jersey. That's true, I'm friends with both of them :) Lotus 12-11-2009, 06:13 PM That's true, I'm friends with both of them :) I lived in Japan for a couple of years. You'd be surprised how many NFL fans are there, albeit generally casual and uneducated ones. djnemo65 12-11-2009, 06:38 PM I lived in Japan for a couple of years. I've been here over three years and I can count on one hand the number of people I've met who even know that NFL is a different sport than rugby. You do realize that Japanese people tell you what they think you wanna hear right? duetsch215 12-11-2009, 07:02 PM at least hes not driving drunk and killing people....knock on wood mlmdub130 12-12-2009, 05:29 PM maybe it's just me but i think this guy is hilairious Chad Ocho Cinco Condoms Coming To A Store Near You?- Robert Littal Presents BlackSportsOnline (http://blacksportsonline.com/home/index.php/2009/11/chad-ocho-cinco-condoms-coming-to-a-store-near-you/) chad ochocinco condoms "they'll catch everything your johnson shoots" Lotus 12-12-2009, 06:18 PM I've been here over three years and I can count on one hand the number of people I've met who even know that NFL is a different sport than rugby. You do realize that Japanese people tell you what they think you wanna hear right? Yup, sometimes that is true. I also remember watching the playoffs at the houses of two different friends, which was not just telling me what I wanted to hear. |
