Am I misunderstanding the Tuck Rule? It looks like Rodgers is bringing the ball back to his body when it's knocked out. (http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/09000d5d815a5501/Wild-Card-Can-t-Miss-Play-Cards-pull-it-out) I guess it's not conclusive enough to override on-the-field call?

it would not have mattered. the ball never hit the ground, therefore it could not have been called an incomplete pass, it would have been an interception.
