tryfuhl 05-22-2010, 04:03 PM OTM you've always got some stories bro hah wolfeskins 05-22-2010, 08:08 PM Don't care how boring you think that baseball is.. nats v o's beats skins vs ravens any day :postcop: whoe, stop right there. no baseball game is better then any football game. tryfuhl 05-23-2010, 12:47 AM :postcop: whoe, stop right there. no baseball game is better then any football game. I get that. I'll watch us vs whoever before any reg season baseball just speaking on which cross "town" rivalry seems better. InsaneBoost 05-24-2010, 04:47 AM Happy with the way the game ended, loved it actually. Sad to see Capps lose one, but it was bound to happen sooner or later: X77vpIGCi6c over the mountain 05-24-2010, 04:15 PM dang it. the nats own the Os and the ravens own the skins. gosh dangit. got 10 hours community service then case will be nollied for running onto the Os field opening day. funny part, my girl got 20 hours and she only hoped on after i was getting arrested to talk to the police officers. so this friday, i will be wearing a reflective thing over my shirt as i spend 8 hours cleaning the local highways. so now whenever someone mentions those guys on the side of the raod cleanign highways, i have a story for that as well. its not that hard. i literally have atleast 5 good stories from this one incident. most come from 16 hours in baltimore city central booking on a friday night to saturday afternoon. like this one. i am placed in the paddy wagon on one side which is walled off from the other side of the paddy wagon where my girlfriend was, i couldnt see her but i could hear her as she was crying and being tossed about the wagon. apparently she never got into a seat and was rolling on the floor. anyways, she has told me she loves me before. i never reciprocated. when i tell her, i want to be sure and all that jazz. anyways, shes crying and says she loves me and i better buy her a big fucking ring, shes never been arrested before. so my first "i love you honey" to her was while we were in the police paddy wagon. InsaneBoost 05-24-2010, 06:35 PM Hahaha great story. InsaneBoost 05-24-2010, 07:15 PM Got my tickets for the June 4th game, Strasburg better pitch!!!! http://i630.photobucket.com/albums/uu27/kielfoto/Random/003.jpg Monkeydad 05-25-2010, 11:29 AM Probably pitchers according to MLB Probable Pitchers - CBSSports.com (http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/probable-pitchers/nl/20100525?tag=pageRow;pageContainer) : 05/19 - Livan pitched on 3 days' rest 05/20 - Atilano pitched 05/21 - Olsen pitched, went on DL 05/22 - Stammen pitched 05/23 - Lannan pitched --------------------------------------------------------------- Probables: 05/25 - Livan Hernandez 05/26 - Atilano 05/27 - Stammen 05/28 - Lannan 05/29 - TBA 05/30 - Livan Hernandez 05/31 - Atilano 06/01 - Stammen 06/02 - Lannan 06/03 - TBA 06/04 - Livan Hernandez? Well...their 2nd starter is the "To Be Announced" spot from Olsen's absense and if they make no changes to order, it looks like it COULD be Livan. There's a lot of time for adjustments between now and June 4 though. Injuries, missed starts, extra rest days (Livan would be the one who needs that if anyone). It's already going to be thrown out of whack with Olsen going on the DL. Livan took his turn early last time with 3 days rest. If he just takes over the vacant #2 spot, you might not see him. As of today, they only have the probables listed through June 3, so check the link closer to the game, although it is subject to change, especially with a team-changer like Strasburg involved. Olsen is expected to miss two starts (both listed as "TBA"). I wouldn't expect Strasburg to take over Olsen's #2 spot though. MASN is reporting June 4 though. MASNsports.com - (http://masnsports.com/the_goessling_game/2010/05/strasburg-discussion-thread.html) GOOD LUCK. Hope you see the debut. InsaneBoost 05-25-2010, 02:55 PM Yeah I'm praying I do, it'll be pretty exciting. Most of the park will be full of Nationals fans too, rather than the damn home opener, UGH. InsaneBoost 05-26-2010, 01:47 AM Definitely not looking forward to facing Tim Lincecum tomorrow if we are going to show up like we did tonight. This team is starting to show signs of the old Nationals and I don't like it at all. I know we aren't a great team, but this team has shown the signs of being good, they just need to keep it up. | |
