CRedskinsRule 05-13-2010, 11:02 AM If he has served his time than you need to leave it be. The only thing that comes from you involving yourself is possible bad things for you.
Edit: obviously this is very personal to you, and I don't mean to minimize it's painful impact on your life. I just think that if you confront him, you stand to lose a lot more than you can possibly gain.
SolidSnake84 05-13-2010, 11:45 AM when i was 13 i cross checked this hotdog player on the other team in the helmet and sent him superman flying into the boards. i got kicked out, gave my brother a 5 five when i left the ice, the other teams coach (really jacked up asian guy) left his bench, walked around the ice rink, picked me up from behind and gave me a back breaker.
true story, the moms were flipping out.
the guy wasnt allowed to coach hockey again. i felt bad then and i have regret now. while he shouldnt have done that and should have been able to control himself i deserved it. from one bully to another.
i imagine this kid didnt get hurt or isnt to bothered by it either. kids, especially the punk ass boys like i was, do so many damn things that eventually an adult is gonna beat your ass, but not a true ass beating that sends you to the hospital, etc but one of those beating where the other person holds back some.
i can only speak for myself, i deserved what happened, i wasnt hurt. its all part of the game if you decide to be a pain in the ass bully class clown.
im pretty sure i had a PE teacher confront me in an empty locker room once, telling me that if i wanted to go we could go. not positive on the details, HS is fuzzy for me. it was something straight out of breakfast club. i remember being freeakin scared shitless thoo that time. i was rotten as a kid, kicked out suspended arrested everything. i deserved what ever i got.
Like WWF wrestling backbreaker?? if so thats crazy.
No PE teacher in HS ever did anything like that to me, i had my share of rowdy encounters though, but no worries. I'm not trying to sound jacked up, but 2 PE teachers we had were just chumps, it would have been an easy win. Now the one guy, it could go either way. He had a wrestling background, so if it went to the ground, who knows.....
firstdown 05-13-2010, 12:02 PM edit -just spoke with s carolina clerk, he did 2 years jail time.
im just going to leave a packet of court documents under every neighbor's door and mailbox. i am going to knock on his door as well and hand him the packet. i am going to call the non-emergency police line and let them know my non-violent intentions as well.
honestly just writing my thoughts out loud helped a ton. im at peace knowing he atleast did 2 years and that i will let everyone around him know the truth of what he is.
i feel at peace. i will finally have resolution for my feelings. reading the court docs last night i couldnt tell if all of 10 years was suspended or whether he did some portion of jail time. knowing he atleast was sentenced to 2 years incarceration, even though he probably only served 1 year, really helps me on the inside.
Do not but anything in the neighbors mail box as that federal property and its illegal without proper postage.

It was bad enough she beat a scared kid that was so scared he feel to the ground in fear before she even got close to him. But she was wanted by the law but the b**ch wasnt even certified. This just makes my beloved states education system look like shit. Hell there is a story going around that a 22 year old kid enrolled at a high school as a 15 year old and starred on there B-Ball team, go figure.
The crazy thing is you have to go through an extreme background check to be a groundskeeper at the local college.

Wash. dad charged with branding kids is acquitted - U.S. news- msnbc.com (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/37141113/)
Seamands' 18-year-old daughter also was branded, but the dad wasn't charged with assaulting her because she was old enough to give consent.
tryfuhl 05-13-2010, 11:17 PM hey if they wanted it, no big deal
htownskinfan 05-14-2010, 12:56 AM I'd like to know what the one kids was doing with his cell phone on while in class.
are cell phones not allowed in school in your state?
I know theyre not suppossed to be using them in class but everyone does.My daughter{10th grader}says theres mass texting going on during class. They hold them under the desk or in their purse. They dont need to look at the screen{unlike me}to do it.I check our phone bill records to keep her in line.I wish cell phones were banned in schools, its a huge distraction in my opinion

If they're out, the teacher/administrator takes them. Kids could get suspended for repeat violations.
SolidSnake84 05-14-2010, 08:33 AM Wife is a teacher's assistant here in Frederick County. They can only take the phones until the end of the school day. They tried having rules keeping them until the end of the year, etc, but the parents got mad because they still had to pay for them, and in the end, it was the kind of thing where there is no real way to prohibit it unless every single kid was searched down, so they kind of turn a blind eye to it unless you are caught in the middle of class or something...
