I have no problem with DT's hands. From what I've seen, he catches everything thrown to him.

DT is a phenomenal athlete. Before he was drafted, it was well-known that he didn't have a lot of college experience at WR and that it would take some time for him develop as a pro WR. That has proven to be the case; however, when he finally gets it, his superior speed and quickness should help him to earn a starting job, IMHO.

As long as Kelly can stay on the field, I have a lot of faith that DT and MK can both have solid careers. I'm among those who thought that it would take them both some time to arrive, for different reasons (health, in the case of MK). I also believe that their development was retarded by inadequate conditioning, a pathetic offense under Zorn, and poor coaching by Stan Hixon.

I agree with you on DT. I think he's potentially on the verge of greatness. I think Kelly can be a solid starter for years (if he can stay healthy), but Thomas, in my opinion, has pro-bowl potential

Buster & Angry i see what you guys are saying and i think youre right. But it does seem that Reid doesnt put out nearly as much as JLC and doesnt have as much of a "insider" presence as JLC did. Plus Reid isnt nearly as critical as JLC was, which i liked a lot. Hopefully all that will change in time.

Of course, the Arizona cops immediately started chasing him...asking to see a copy of his contract. Can't blame Malcolm for running before stretching. :silly:

Impressed Shanahan this past spring

he impressed w/out pads on. really doesn't mean much. kelly can't afford any injuries at this point. his time is running out.

i'd say more like a 50 to 60 catch season with about 700 to 800 yards and 4 or 5 td's is more realistic. he's got to crawl before he can walk.

what is so annoying is these guys are part time players and they always seem to be nicked up. that is why i really wanted marshall. he plays week in and week out. and please no comments on the bs w/ mcdaniels during the last week of the season.

Malcolm Kelly=Taylor Jacobs
Soft and injury prone.
Has MK not been injured during a Redskins training camp? The guy is a walking hamstring injury.

MK was never known for having hamstring problems that was DT.

From what I had heard Kelly has been more impressive when both are on the field and the ball is being thrown to them. Kelly has some sick hands...unfortunately he's got sick legs tooKind of my worst fears (nearly) realized with that 2008 draft class. I'd say more talent evaluation misses occur due to 1) overestimation of a sample of talent, and 2) injury history, than any other variables. Four months from now, we might be saying that Vinny missed on both variables on two different players in the same round.

Which would be very unlucky, but not shocking.
