What's better for the Skins tonight -- A Cowboys or Giants win?artmonkforhallofamein07 10-25-2010, 09:00 PM A rash of injuries.... I dont really care much at all. Just to see a decent football game I guess. May just watch a movie! firstdown 10-25-2010, 09:01 PM Only one of the ESPN MNF brodcasters picked the Giants. The media is still riding the jock of the cowboys hard. :spank: Well they are up by 10 after two minutes into the game. Bushead 10-25-2010, 09:02 PM I want to see the cowboys lose. It would be much easier to just plan how to beat two other teams instead of everyone still being within firing distance to the last week. skinsguy 10-25-2010, 09:24 PM The Giants need to lose to force a three way tie. A Giants win makes them 5-2 in the conference (one of the best records in the conference), sole possession of the NFC East at this point, and the Redskins looking at a tough schedule after the bye week. The Giants' schedule in the coming weeks isn't nearly as bad as ours. Dallas is not going to sniff the NFC East title this year, so them winning tonight is not going to hurt us at all. As much as I hate to say it, you have to pull for the Cowboys tonight. It is the best thing for the Redskins while our team is struggling. Gtothearry 10-25-2010, 09:32 PM Well they are up by 10 after two minutes into the game. If the Giants receivers caught the ball it would be 7-0 Giants. It's 10-7 now....games aren't decided in the 1st two minutes. artmonkforhallofamein07 10-25-2010, 09:39 PM A rash of injuries.... I dont really care much at all. Just to see a decent football game I guess. May just watch a movie! Well Romo may have just dislocated his shoulder or broke his collarbone.... SFREDSKIN 10-25-2010, 10:19 PM Put a fork on the cowboys, they are done for the year, Romo out (broken clavicle). Beemnseven 10-25-2010, 10:47 PM Only one of the ESPN MNF brodcasters picked the Giants. The media is still riding the jock of the cowboys hard. :spank: Not anymore. There's a whole lot of football left, but the New York Giants are looking downright dominant. Unless things really start to click for us offensively, I wouldn't expect much of a battle between us and them. We have a long way to go before we'd be competitive with them. mooby 10-25-2010, 10:50 PM Schefter is saying broken collarbone, which normally means out 8-10 weeks. Other reports are saying broken clavicle, which could mean 4-6 weeks. Which is it? Btw how bad are the Cowboys that they had a 20-7 lead and when it went into halftime it's 24-20 Giants? Bad enough that I doubt they win this game. Giants gonna be 5-2, Cowboys gonna be 1-5 and Romo will be out for at least a month. Ouch. I'll bet Schefter did a little more digging and he probably got it right. |
