Hands down, Peyton Manning is the best QB that will have ever played this game before it's all said and done. I think you give Brady a little too much credit for those Super Bowls

Brady has had a lot of luck and a lot of help along the way.

Injury to Bledsoe?
Tuck rule?
One of the most reliable kickers in NFL history(kasay) kicking it out of bounds on kick off at the end of the game?
Adam Vinatieri probably has won more games for the Patriots than Brady.
A top ten defense each year they are in the Super Bowl (ranked either 1 or 2 in points allowed) save for maybe one year.

Manning started with nothing. Brady was drafted on to a team that had talent still from it's Super Bowl appearance 4 years earlier.

Brady will NEVER catch Manning's numbers. If you were to take Manning and switch him and Tom Brady, Manning could have won 3-4 more Super Bowls. It's unfortunate he's had to carry that team for so long, but you aren't going anywhere unless you have a defense come playoff time.

Brady is good and somebody I would want on my team, but the guy is a lucky mother ****er too. He's got a rabbit foot stuck up his ass no doubt.

They're both great QB's but Manning has had two potential Hall of Fame wr's for a good portion of his career. For the most part, Brady has had a bunch of journeymen wr's. When he had a truly great wr you saw what type of numbers he put up. For my money I'm taking Tom Brady simply cause he doesn't turn the ball over as much.

Jamie Dukes calls Ryan Mallett “a Caucasian street guy” | ProFootballTalk (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/04/14/jamie-dukes-calls-ryan-mallett-a-caucasian-street-guy/)

I'm sorry but I find this pretty racist IMO. Dukes should be in hot water for this statement

This is not racist at all. People need to lighten up.

Brady has had an elite defense and a HOF coach. Super Bowl wins aside, I think Manning and Brady have been pretty equal and honestly I don't see the need to declare one better than the other. Each of them have had proven their greatness and each of them have overcome a lot of obstacles (Brady - lack of WRs, Manning - lack of a defense, etc., etc.).

If Michael Irvin can stay employed, Dukes won't be in any trouble.

So Mallet admitted using drugs during his combine interview?

I guess the "racist" overtone is that Jamie Dukes equates "street" to be being exclusively black.

If Jamie had just called Mallet "street" without the "caucasian" part that would have been fine but since the qualifier of "caucasian" was added, it makes inference that the speaker (jamie) equates "street" with being black.

It basically like me saying "my black attorney friend" instead of just saying "my attorney friend". When you throw in the race qualifier comment, its basically saying this particular person is an exception to my sterotypes of racial beliefs. Its not overt racism, just how alot of people think.

Any person white, black or purple who says they dont see/consider race is lying to themselves imo, people consciously and subconsciously factor in/consider another persons race in every situation, big or small.

First time I've heard about him admitting to using. There must have been some good dirt out there him to the point where he knew he'd better admit it vs lie and watch his stock drop even further.

I thought the list of good character guys is interesting since a few of them may be on our radar.

I remember the same stuff was said about Dan Marino when he came out. He partied too much, he used drugs and so on. What college kid hasn't smoked a little weed? I'd focus more on what the guy did on the field and what his teammates and coaches think of the him.

IMO Manning makes those WR's look better then they really are. He makes everyone around him better. Arguing Brady vs Manning is like deciding between a NY Strip and a Filet...both are great...just comes down to personal preference. I will take the NY Strip & Manning.
