Are the Skins looking to trade up?

“If [a team] comes up and all of a sudden at that 10th pick there’s someone that team wants and we can move back and pick up additional picks, then that could be a reality – especially if we’re able to get real value” Shanahan said during a pre-draft media session on Wednesday.
“For some, it could be a wide receiver or an outside linebacker. A team could feel very good about their football team, they’ve got multiple draft picks and they move up and take him. And if that happens, they say, ‘We need that one guy and that will be the difference in our football team,’ then they can make that decision very quickly.
“A lot of times, it ends up being best for both teams.”
What may not be best for the Redskins is trading up in the draft, Shanahan said.
