I went to 3 shells a while back http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-M2YGnLOsgz0/TzdJMoeJuII/AAAAAAAAAw0/2xwYgg5wfyA/s200/3+shells.png Monkeydad 10-23-2012, 11:09 AM My father-in-law gave me one ofthose green pans you see on the infomercials. It's amazing, seriously. I was expecting a light-weight thin piece of Chinese crap that wouldn't last past a few uses when I saw them on TV. In reality, it's a very high-quality, well made, heavy little frying pan. You season it with vegetable oil once before the first use like you would a cast iron skillet. NOTHING sticks. If you would burn something, just run some water on it and give it a flick with the spatula and it's clean. The coating is amazing for cooking. I use it all of the time now and cleanup takes seconds...I run some water into it, add a squirt of dish soap and wipe it out with sponge or sometimes all it needs is a rinse and it's clean. I've used it about 20 times now and it looks brand new, not a scratch or stain. It really is the perfect pan...for just $20. Get one. Seriously. Orgreenic™ 10' Fry Pan - Bed Bath & Beyond (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?sku=18804409&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=CM_Q_L20l7MCFa59OgodIyMA8A) The people complaining about sticking must not have prepped it right. Nothing sticks. There's one review saying it scratched with the use of a fork. Well, yeah. You don't use metal in ANY nonstick pan... Wooden or plastic spatulas only. I hope they make a bigger one or better yet, a square skillet. htownskinfan 10-23-2012, 11:57 AM extenze. no joke, you try th is, youll go out of your damn mind. jimmy johson aint lyin. I thought this stuff was sposed to make your thing bigger with extended use,or is it a viagra type product? htownskinfan 10-23-2012, 11:59 AM My father-in-law gave me one ofthose green pans you see on the infomercials. FYI: If you do not need to use dish soap I would avoid it as it can add an unwanted tast to the food. That's even more important with cast iron stuff. mredskins 10-23-2012, 12:44 PM I switched to cast iron a few years back. Awesome stuff. Best you can get: Lodge Cast Iron Cookware - America's Original Cookware - South Pittsburg, TN USA (http://www.lodgemfg.com/) firstdown 10-23-2012, 01:30 PM I switched to cast iron a few years back. Awesome stuff. Best you can get: Lodge Cast Iron Cookware - America's Original Cookware - South Pittsburg, TN USA (http://www.lodgemfg.com/) Thanks for the link. I gave a buddy of mine one of these mini grills and the thing kicks ass. The store where I purchased it went out of business and I wanted to buy one for myself. http://www.lodgemfg.com/images/productimages/camp_ovens_grills/L410.jpg?Action=thumbnail&Width=418&Height=302&algorithm=proportional Monkeydad 10-23-2012, 01:40 PM I'll have to give it a try because our non stick stuff is getting a little dated. This pan has a smooth coating so it won't absorb it like cast iron or a pizza stone, but you're right in those cases. This pan is as slick as a freshly-waxed car. |
