skinsfaninok 08-21-2011, 04:12 PM Game is on NFLN now 44Deezel 08-21-2011, 08:45 PM For the record, I think Torrain makes the team and is still possibly starter vs. Giants. Good problem to have though -- finally. We have depth and youth, and that's all that matters. Give all of them carries, so you have fresh legs at the end of games and at the end of the season. It's a RB by committee league these days. Hightower, Helu and Torrain have all shown they're capable. SmootSmack 08-21-2011, 09:17 PM Helu Torain (High)Tower Royster..HTTR!!! I'm calling him Tim Tower from now on for the purposes of my acronym Dirtbag59 08-22-2011, 01:21 AM http://i52.tinypic.com/2ynphxe.png Jontrem 08-22-2011, 09:01 AM I think if Torrain gets healthy and stays healthy he makes the team but it has to happen soon and he has to show he can be as effective as the other guys. SmootSmack 08-22-2011, 02:26 PM I saw that. I watched the whole game on CSN and I think Mann felt a little uncomfortable at first, in the beginning it sounded like he was just reading lines off a teleprompter. But I think he grew a little more comfortable towards the end of the game. Maybe he just needs to get comfortable in that role. But I for one was very happy with JT not being in the booth anymore. This has been a problem for Mann for a long time. Not something new NC_Skins 08-22-2011, 02:35 PM Charles Mann offers awkward sideline commentary | ProFootballTalk (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/08/20/charles-mann-offers-awkward-sideline-commentary/) face palm moment for sure Charles Mann Will Have You Know That He's Totally Straight (http://deadspin.com/5832852/charles-mann-will-have-you-know-that-hes-totally-straight) http://www.hatelabs.com/news/bush-duh.jpg 12thMan 09-04-2011, 09:21 PM Didn't want to start a new thread, but Peter King is suggesting that Peyton Manning might need a second surgery. Or at the very least, his recovery isn't going as fast as they hoped. SirClintonPortis 09-04-2011, 09:28 PM If that is true, they will have the first pick in the draft for 2012 & will be drafting the QB of the future future IMO. Lol, Manning is sooooo important to the Colts that his nonpresence would make it feasible for them to get Luck without tanking. Lucky bastards, those Colts. |
