My office is really close to BWI and it felt pretty strong to me even though we're on the ground floor. I thought it was a tornado or nearby explosion because who the hell expects an earthquake of that magnitude in VA?! Slept through a few of these in San Diego, but definitely a crazy occurence and what makes it worse is there is possibly also a hurricane possibly hitting the area this weekend.
