Lions are slowing laying beating on NE tonight

An old Redskin corner, Martin Mayhew is the GM there now and he's built a good team, mainly through the draft. If Stafford can stay healthy and their secondary holds up they can be a wild card team.

I don't get why everyone here hates the Pats so much.

It's not just here, they have their share of detractors all around the league.

I always root for the underdog. Pats have had more then their fair share of the spotlight. Time to back the f out.

Yeah it's more than a two team league. It gets kinda boring seeing the same teams in the SB every year and fans start getting obnoxious when their teams always win.....unless it's the Redskins of course. ;)

One thing I noticed about the Lions in my brief glimpse near the game's end was how even their third-stringers were making technically sound tackles. The seem to be a well-coached bunch.

Serioulsy...the Lions are the Lions....I hear this hype from their fans every day and in the end they dont do squat year after year. Their organization is too cheap and shortsighted to produce a champion.

The Chief looked like crap against the same Ravens we played well against.

If Stafford stays healthy I could see the Lions being competitive. That's a big if though, believe it when I see it.
