I think we need to go after Bowe I've been saying it since last year, people say he's a bit of a punk but he makes plays and produces w any QB. I think Moss is still a solid 2 or 3, AA won't make it IMO and Gaffney is a 2 at best so we need a true 1.. Is Hank the guy? Who knows but having a bad injury your rookie year doesn't look good
Bowe is exactly the kind of guy I wouldn't trust after giving a big payday. His work ethic leaves a lot to be desired.

I agree with everything you say here except for Monty. Carriker has definitely been more than solid, and is definitely not a weak link. With Jenkins back, his pt will be reduced, but since when is having quality depth a bad thing? Carriker definitely comes back next year, upgrade or not. Who cares who gets the start as long as all our defensive linemen stay fresh?
As for Hightower, again I agree. I love his attitude, but the on field results haven't been that impressive. I bring him back on a one year deal as a backup to Helu, and I'd let him battle with Royster for the backup job.
Rocky - yeah, gone.
Golston - Sad to say but he's just a body at this point. We might as well trade him in for a body that's better suited to play his position.
Montgomery - upgrade or not, bring him back. He's not a top notch center by any means, but we could definitely do worse. Even if we upgrade I'd still like him for depth.
Sellers - save us the trouble and just retire.
Polumbus - bring him back for depth.
Willie Smith - bring him back for depth too, and possibly let him battle for the RT spot.
Stallworth - bring him back only if Redskins do not seek an upgrade.
Agree with you . I would like to see Landry back , as long as he is healthy and dedicated to the game . London , I would hate to see him leave , even with Riley looking very solid .

I think the Redskins front office is well aware of the value of London Fletcher. Fletcher will retire a Redskin and he will probably get top dollar. The guy is too valuable. A team would hurry to sign London Fletcher to a hefty salary to come to their team, regardless of his age because he's such a strong contributor to a defense. Bruce Allen knows this and will make Fletcher an offer that he can't refuse.
The fact that Perry Riley has been inserted in place of Rocky McIntosh is because Riley is a Shanahan draft pick with a great upside. The Redskins I'm thinking will cut ties with McIntosh early in the offseason.
Tim Hightower was running the ball effectively before his season ending knee injury halted his season. Something tells me he'll be back.
I like Adam Carriker. He's solid and can get to the QB and stuff the run.

I would feel like I was watching a different player.
lol nice Tripp...but Carriker is not that bad. Quality vetern presence who could be in the rotation backing up both Jenkins and Bowen. We are already losing Gholston, losing both would be bad. You could still draft depth for Gholston spot, while keeping a contributing player like Carriker in his prime. Sign him for to an affordable 2-3 year contract.

Hightower's return probably depends on what we do in the draft. If we pick up a RB that's a potential feature back, he won't return. If not, he will probably get a vet min contract for one year. Coming off of an ACL injury and with Helu's emergence, it's hard to see him getting a significant deal from us.
Carriker is playing the best ball of his career. That being said, he's a rotational player on a good team so he will probably be back and share snaps with Jenkins. Haslett likes him and he will provide young depth and a consistent effort.
Golston & McIntosh-gone.
Montgomery-Probably the toughest call on the list. He's serviceable, no more but he's been effective and a huge upgrade over Rabach the past couple of years. I'd guess right now he will be re-signed but may not be at starter money so he can be replaced if a better option comes available in FA or the draft.
Polumbus-He'll be back if he's willing to be a backup and take backup money. RT will probably be very high on the shopping list this offseason.
Stallworth-I can see him back next year. There will be some turnover at that position next year (Banks, Armstrong, Austin out) and we will be looking for a true #1 WR to pair with Hankerson, Gaffney, Moss and Paul. Stallworth provides, again, good depth at the position.
These are all guys who will be solid backups on a good team but not counted on to be starters or major contributors.

Thank you. I think this front office is smart enough to not go after a guy like Bowe. Let someone else overpay for his inconsistent play.

How about if the Redskins give Malcolm Kelly another look IF and that is IF he is healthy. It could happen.

If he's truly healthy, I'd have no problem giving him a look in camp.

Explain why Bowe is a Red flag? And Inconsistent? Sorry friend but he produces with ANY QB throwing him the ball.
344 Catches and 35 tdS IN 5 years..
3 out of 5 years with 1000 yards
he's a top 10 WR
I'm not a huge fan of Bowe either. His effort is questionable at times. I might put him in the top 20 for WRs, but I think we can do better. He could be great, right now he's just good.
