Our current safeties are just as injury-prone and possibly done as O.J., but at least we loaded up with a lot of them...hopefully someone can play 16, or get 16 games from some combination of them. We have lots of bodies back there, some who maybe marginal starters, former starters who may or may not still be good enough to start, some who may have talent but nobody that will force an offense to alter their game plan. It's a journeyman bunch who's best player may be D. Hall - - and that's a scary concept to me. Hopefully, it works out but I have visions of broken coverages and lots of plays where our DB's are chasing after opposing WR's. | |
