^^that bus driver most definitely deserves to be charged and fired from his job. As a parent, I wouldn't be able to let kids do this to my own without some retaliation. I would have no problem slapping around those kids for that type of brutality. I'd even go as far to say I'd beat the shit out of the bus driver for doing absolutely nothing. What a piece of shit.

I'll backtrack a little on this and retract that I would beat the shit out of them. Granted, I wouldn't have a issue slapping them around a few times? Nah....no problem with that at all. That was a brutal beating, not just somebody getting his ass kicked. That kid was getting stomped on, and it should be a felonious assault and battery.

The bus driver retired probably to keep from getting fired. Police also looked at charging the bus driver but I don't think they did. I just don't see how a grown man could stand there and watch this happen to a child. One in their care at that. I would have had my ass whipped with the 13 yr old if that's what needed to be done.
