My Co2 detector went off. I tried resetting it, changed the battery, and it still went off 3 different times. Called 911 and had the FD come out to take a reading. I had something similar happen last week to mine...I kind of figured if I'm still breathing while resetting it, changing the battery etc. then something must just be wrong with the detector. Then again I don't know how long CO poisoning takes If the levels are low it will just slowly make you sick. Flu like symptoms is what they told me. If the levels are high enough you probably won't have much time to react.
