Wow after post game I was really hopeful he'd be back .. that is a CRUSHING blow .. he was a difference maker .. only hope is we can provide something close to what he brought and keep the pass rush up .. that's the key obviously .. Kerrigan must have pro-bowl type last 6 games for us to make this run .. i still believe because of a certain QB

Every team has injuries, today it was announced that Willis McGahee went out 6-8 weeks with a torn right MCL.

Dallas potentially lost their starting LT

Clay Matthews for GB has been out.

The list is never ending. I don't know how good, or bad, our strength and conditioning programs are. Supposedly when Shanahan got here they were one of the worst in the league, but are now getting better (moreso do to BA), but I don't know how to prove or disprove it. My point is, Every team's fans think their injuries are the worst, but I would be surprised if there was a statistically relevant amount more on the Skins team.

I am not interested in a statistical relevance as it pertains to the competency of a group of healthcare professionals Within the realm of an organized sport. And you should not be either. I would venture to say that it is the things that they are not doing, intangibles, that would expose the root of the problem.

Yeah. Who would care about facts, statistical relevance and the opinions of medical professionals in determining: (1) if the number and type of injuries suffered by Redskins' players is statistically comparable to other teams' injuries or (2) if the Skin's training staff is adhering to the standards of the industry in performing their jobs.

Wild speculation is much more reliable.

Nice!

As to BM - well, that just sucks.

Lol. I have never posted anything even remotely resembling that. Ever.
Edit: as soon as i saw that BW said he would play Thursday I knew he was done for the year. It reminded me too much of Garcon shaking off the week one injury with similar comments. Damn just damn - BW so helped that D yesterday. Oh well.

Anyone wanna see injuries?

Check out the Packers right now.

In fact, check out the injury report for every team each week.

We're nearing the end of almost 4 full months of football. Guess what, guys are pretty banged up by now.

^ in regards to your sarcasm: there is virtually no conceivable method of developing an equation that would accurately illustrate the competency of the group in question. There are simply to many variables in place (bone breaks vs muscle tears, recurring injuries, etc.) when your field of inquiry is a sport as violent as football. Were you to consider the majority of our more recent injuries however, you would find that most are easily reduced in their frequency, if said group had a more "competent" understanding of preventative medicine, which we currently seem to lack.

Looking at the latest injury report, I'm failing to see how we're any worse off than a number of teams. I guess there's a lot of shitty training staffs around.
