No one said he lost it by himself, but its not like the players around him let Manning down. Some broncos played exceptionally. Others didnt. If i had to put Manning in either category, he'd definitely go in the later. You arent helping your team win a playoff game when you turn the ball over three times.
I will agree with that. Elite Regular Season Quarterback, mediocre post season quarterback.

So you mean that WR who let the ball deflect off his hands for a INT/TD didn't let Manning down? You mean a defense that was ranked #2 in the NFL (#4 in PPG defense) gave up 31 points to a shitty Ravens offense didn't let Manning down? It's obvious you didn't even bother watching the game, but decided to add your Goat commentary.

Some of you have you head buried in the sand. This is like when Brett Favre got blamed for that loss against the Saints for his INT, but yet Adrian Peterson fumbled the ball 3 times (twice within the 5 yard line). BRETT CHOKE!!....lol Amazing how illogical some people can be.

Manning's career post season QB rating: 86
Brady's career post season QB rating: 86
LOL. Exactly the same. ROFFFFFFFFFL. :laughing2 :blah:
Win as a team, lose as one. QBs already get way too much credit for wins and too much blame for losses in the regular season, but in the playoffs it ramps up to ridiculous levels.

1) If you watch the play where he threw a pick, the DB had a hand on the ball, the receiver did not drop it, you would have more of an argument saying it was pass interference then it was a dropped pass. The receiver had little chance of catching that ball with how he was being covered.
2) 2 of those drives started around midfield or better because of Manning turnovers, that is at least 6 points Manning gave the Ravens due to his turnovers.
3) Again, did Manning deserve all the blame for the game? No. The better question is whether he put his team in the best position to win the game, and in my opinion he did not.
Speaking of Brett Favre who did Manning tie for the most playoff loses of all time? Another stat sheet lover, Favre.

Just stop. I showed you were their playoff career QB rating is equal. If Manning had just as many games as Brady did, I'm sure his TD (and INTs) would be much greater. Again, when you have a shitty defense, you have to carry the team.
...and continue saying the WR didn't let the ball hit his hands and bounce up. It did. Even the commentator said that Peyton put the ball right were he supposed to.

Redskins defense allowed 200 plus yards on the ground with 6.1 YPC. You don't win many games playing like that, if RG3 was healthy and if we kept running the ball I do think the Redskins would have pulled out the win, but it would have been a 27-24 type of win. Seattle was able to move the ball very well and the Redskins allowed key 3rd down conversions during that game. To say the Redskins would have just won the game is not completely accurate, just like the Atlanta Seattle game, that game came down to a last 30 second drive by the Falcons, but sadly we will never know if the Redskins could have pulled it out.
Don't you think that the offense not being able to get a first down had something to do with that? Can't keep putting your defense out there for 3 straight quarters. I'm not saying we would have won the game w/ RG3 healthy, but our chances would have been increased.
