Mike agreed to that trade very reluctantly

Let me take a wild guess and say that Kyle wanted no part of it?

So you telling me it was lil Danny pushing Mike on that trade?

Jay still has a lot of faith in Kirk. The way Jay feels about RG3 is the way I feel about Kirk, and vice versa

He likes Colt a lot but not as the long term answer. Who knows, maybe he'll surprise

Danny just gotta love this.

still think if rg3 goes we need to bring in someone at qb to throw in the mix. If not free agency, then gotta believe we would look mid round in the draft.

Ok so my memory wasnt too far off. The bottom line is that Shanny wasnt sold on RG.

I guess mike would have rather stayed put and drafted tannehill?

Sucks the owner is still kinda making the draft decisions, especially if bruce was suspect of rg3 all along.

Kyle wanted Manning and Tannehill/Foles to develop behind him

Mike liked Cousins

Both liked RG3 but did not want to mortgage so much for him

People in the organization pushed Snyder hard (and he in turn pushed Shanny) on the idea that RG3 would be great for the team on the field...but perhaps more importantly off the field

But how many times have I told you there are non-football people in the organization with way too much influence over what football decisions the team makes

This is better than it's been, but it's still a major, major issue

Its funny that people can say Cousins deserves the shot because other QBs threw picks too. Yet, Colt cannot have that same comparison? Why because hes 3 years older? He is 28. Not 38.

Hes been through the shit at Cleveland and had his bumps. I just think people are brushing him aside and forgetting hes 2-0.

Its about winning. What happens if Colt wins 4 straight? Maybe im playing devil advocate here

He's 2-0 mainly because Garçon made a huge play against Tennessee and the D pressured the heck outta Romo all night long.

He's adequate enough to do what's asked within the offense he's just not a guy that can carry things. He's a backup not a long term answer.

Well is their any chance after this cluster f$ck that Snyder finally realizes these non football folks need to shut the eff up or are fired?

I was one of the 18, who said to draft Russell Wilson or Foles. DO I get a cookie?

a strong case can be made to start either cousins or colt at this point.
