I voted for a qualified GM. I think we still need to infuse more talent.

Honestly, I'm not informed enough to know if our Scouting Dept. is part of the problem or not, but a good GM would seriously investigate that.

The most glaring comparison this season has been with us and the Cards. We were only down to our third string qb, they signed a dude waiting for a table at bww for the last few games.

We have been hit hard by injuries this year, like Arizona, but from top to bottom they have the depth to keep plugging along, while a lot of our middle rounders are inactive. Looking at you LeRibeus!

Need serious changes in our talent evaluation and front office.

They have to release the entire starting offensive line....Trent Williams is the only true quality on that line......Polumbus, Chester, and Lauvo should be replaced.....the safety positions need to be addressed too......and lastly hire a new defensive coordinator and return back to the 4-3....

1. 4 new OL starters
2. Change the name
3. A safety

Fire Allen, hire a football General Manager. Someone that knows personnel. That's what real teams do.

I'd say your 3 most safe choices are:

Williams
Kerrigan
DJax

Kerrigan definitely. He isn't going anywhere and he's a class act. B
