Plus add: NE has not faced a defense like the Seahawks. Seahawks secondary and ability to stop the pass is second to none at this time in the NFL. The only chance NE has is if they can run the ball successfully against Seahawks.

What is Sherman's status? He looked in pain on sunday

The heavyweights in this game are going to be the Seattle D vs. the Patriots Offense. Seattle cannot win this game if they have 5 turnovers again; and New England will not win this game if they cannot put Seattle away. Both of these teams have made a living on come backs and taking advantage of late opportunities.
I give the slight nod to the Patriots in this game due to their advantage at QB and coaching. However, I would not be surprised if Seattle pulls the win the same way they beat Green Bay, with their defense keeping them in the game and Wilson/Lynch doing some last minute heroics.

Listening to a sports station in Milwaukee and they are blasting the ST coach and deservedly so.
The Fake FG TD was an abject failure on the part of the GB ST coach and the GB HC. They should have given Seattle the 3 points and they should have put two safeties in the end zone to guard against the only thing that could hurt them in that situation - namely, the trick play TD.
If I could think of that before the play, and i did, surely professional football coaches should be able to think of it.
As for the onside kick recovery by Seattle - well, stuff happens. I wouldn't blame the ST coach for that one.
The in-game coaching decisions by GB were terrible all game long. I got the feeling that McCarthy didn't vary one bit from what he had planned to do before the game started. That is a recipe for failure in a playoff game. Seattle should give him a game ball.

Both Sherman and Earl Thomas get MRI's today. It would be huge if they were out but of course they do have two weeks to heal.

Yeah that was just terrible by GB, letting that big slow linemen get wide open like that. That was one of many inexcusable plays by GB.

Kind of like the Salary cap issue the Skins and Cowboys had a couple of years ago.How did the Redskins or Cowpukes bend any rules in Capgate?

The portion about Mike McCarthy at the end is spot on. Green Bay isn't going to win another SB with him at the helm. I wasn't joking when I said he should be fired for that game the other day because he should. This isn't a knee jerk reaction either. What it showed is he doesn't know how to coach in the big games, and he coaches scared. You don't want neither quality like that in a coach because they'll be good enough to win in the regular seasons but you can forget it come playoffs. In the playoffs, you have to have balls. You noticed Pete Carrol has balls (fake FG). You notice Bill Belichick has balls. (several trick plays) You saw Sean Payton have balls. (onside kick in SB) This conservative bullshit game planning isn't going to cut it in the playoffs.
Add to the fact he said he wasn't going to question the play calling? Do what?
Looks like one person was questioning it.
