I doubt the hurricane had any impact because most tickets to a home opener would've been sold months ago. Maybe it hurt ticket sales in the last week or two but that is it. There's just so many ways to keep up with games now people have realized that they don't need to spend money on overpriced tickets, beer, food and parking. Not to mention the hassle of getting into and out of the stadium. Teams aren't reducing seating capacity because people are knocking down the door to get in. Point is, it really is a week to week league. The Eagles lost 21-27 to a good Tamp Bay team. We lost 21-9 to a Colt team that is not very good. You are only as good as the teams you play against. | |
