I get this when I try to reply

i get the same thing if i try to make the first post of a new thread. it won't let me post until someone else has gone first.

don't feel bad , my rep. points is only 10. my last and i'm assuming only time i received points was 9-2004,LOL.
i've had a bunch of posts since then that other members said were "good posts" or they sayed "i totally agree with you" but yet they chose not to give me points. i think they just don't think about giving rep points and i can honestly say i'm the same way. i'll tell a person if i agree with them or not but i don't give point, good or bad.
