I think you’ll see Ron Rivera make some changes from how he did things with the Panthers. This is the second half of his coaching career. I believe he had an honest review of his time as the Panthers coach - what he did right and wrong. He will look at successful strategies and new tactics from other coaches.

BL - Rivera will be a different HC than he was before. He didn’t win a SB with his last team and now he must change to get one.

Heard it too...he's a class act through and through. I don't know if he'll succeed here or not, but we couldn't ask for a better guy to be leading this team through all of this crap of 2020.

I'm amazed at how people act like RR is a hugely successful coach, he's barely above .500 with a franchise that is nowhere near as screwed up as WFT. He's a good hire for now because he's stable but I'll be amazed if he's here in 5 years.
