But if he's not far removed from the way he looked throughout most of last week's game then him being inactive may have been the right call. Smith could barely move and step into his throws last week. It was clearly evident in the second half. It was tough watching him in the second half. It would be coaching malpractice to play him tonight if he's in the same or similar condition as he was last week. I expect a heavy dose of running and play action.
