So did anyone get a 360?

I don't think they made it worse they just are learining the capabilities of the new system as are the other developers. There are a bunch of other games that really take advantage of the new hardware like Call of Duty and need for speed.

I got mine by paying bits at a time since preordering mine back in may and I'm starting off with Madden and COD 2. both r gorgeous but COD 2 is probably one of the most fun games I've played in a while especially when I tried X-Box Live for the first time and with one other person played capture the flag against 4 people and finished with the game being tied and a 3-1 kills in my favor. I'm definitely dissapointed in some of the stuff they took out of Madden but with what this one has, I can't wait to see what they can put out with a full year to work with on a non-beta system. I'm really looking forward to Full Auto, Gears of War, Blue Dragon, Ninety Nine Nights, and Elder Scrolls. As far as how crazy it is about these things, my boss and I have already been cussed and fussed at from people not able to get one. I've heard about a couple on ebay reaching as high as 6,000+ which just goes to show how stupid some people r and how greedy others r. But then again, tis the season and all.

It's a game console. Eventually the price will drop and then I might pick one up...maybe next summer. Until then I'll just have to be satisfied with having a life.

Yes I got it on midnight on tues morn just not to sure if I like the madden game just yet way to much left out. Other than that the 360 ROXX! :)

we all might be waiting a little longer on that as there's a belief that they scrapped some of the system and redoing some things. plus if they do what's gamespot.com talked about a couple weeks ago with the PS3 using Sony patented software that makes games playable only on one system (which means u couldn't play borrowed, rented, or used games and if ur system broke u'd have to buy brand new copies of each game too), I know I'll just play a friends until it's about $200 like I did with the ps2. but if the games keep looking the way they've been prerendered I might have to do it sooner than I would really like, lol.

I'd like to have an XBox 360, but honestly, I don't have that much time to play video games. I'm also not liking the idea of paying $400 - $700 for a gaming console. Heck, there are games on the regular NES and Sega Genesis that I still like to play, LOL!

I think I am going to wait awhile until Microsoft has a chance to develop more games for it. Within a year's time, people will either be praising the system or cursing it out. I've seen the graphics and they are sweet, but overall, if the games dont' have the exciting game play, then I dont' want them.

i got a chance to play some regular xbox games with the family, they are still fun and when i finally get bored with them i MIGHT JUST MIGHT go out and buy a 360, i haven't played video games in a few months, i forgot how much fun they are

I'm going to wait for the PS3. Mainly cause I'm biased. Where I work we have a 360 setup and it is hella fun to play. COD is amazing, as is Need for Speed. Really the only games I'd want. One thing though they are having some over-heating problems. We have already had some returns. People are pissed, but what really sucks is that they have to wait for microsoft to send out more, which for anyone interested is December 18th.

I'll definately be getting a 360... but i went around trying to put a deposit on one about 6 weeks ago and no one was taking deposits. I'm starting to look in more rural areas (most of the time you can get stuff from the country folk that isn't available in the city) but having no luck there either. I guess I'll wait until after christmas... Im sure by march they'll be on the shelves and I'll pay the 500 bucks for one.
