Concerns about Daniels?
 

k guys he had 3 tackles a week ago and made no pressure now this week he had no tackles and no pressure.Andre Carter looked good today and should of had that sack but mist Bens Foot and which had Ben to scramble.I think the skins need to bring in Rice ...............Don't sign him first ,Lets see how he fits in than we could probably sign him cause Daniels is not doing the job.

i say no to rice. i thought the first team defense looked strong. while rice would help with his pass rush, his salary, age, and attitude, are all minuses

and for some reason it seems like daniels gets stronger as the season goes on

Daniels hasn't been productive, but in my mind the obvious problems are with the offensive line. That left side is unproven and included 4 different people since camp started. And doesnt look good so far.

Daniels just needs to be stout against the run.

Daniels has the size to play the run. Marcus Washington is suppossed to play the end in passing situations with P.D. either moving inside of him or going out. Daniels is a huge guy who stands up well against the run. We don't need another pass rushing specialist getting pancaked in the running game.

I was an advocate for drafting DE but they have shut me up. They look great. Back to 04 and 05 if they stay healthy.

IDK maybe its cause Griffin isn't starting i guess but We need another DE over there but for now keep things the same.Where doing good in the D ,

cant play what, DE? i think hes what we want over there. the rice deal is horrible idea we will get run over. daniels is not a pass rushing specialist and he never was...hes a good all around player. hell get 5-10 sacks but he is in there to stand up against the run. thats why we have him.

Rice is going to be overpaid and old. this is a no brainer

So long as they actually get pressure from somewhere, I'm ok with Daniels if the coaching staff is. But the pressure must come, or things will be tough on our secondary again.

The coaches seem committed to sticking with what they got--they can see Daniels numbers, so it must be ok with them. And I agree the key there is run stopping.

How has Carter looked? Any straight pressure from him?

daniels is a waste. he will get hurt sometime like he has every year he been here. he will not have around 10 sacks lol.

not say we need rice just i know daniels is not the answer. He had a great game against dallas in 2005 with 4 sacks and that about it.
