Sorry for the down time
 

Damn that was a rough couple of days, but we're back up now. Here's what happened:

Okay, my shakes are getting better now. Matty, have you contacted them about getting free service for a while? I'm sure, if you have an SLA, they broke it something fierce being down for a few days. Definitely worth a bitchy e-mail.

I feel kinda fortunate, I mean there are people out there running businesses that are literally losing income and potential customers over this.

I'm going to wait for the dust to settle on everything and see what they offer. They've already promised to credit people for the downtime and I won't be surprised if they tack on some additional free time as well.
