Not the team I meant but your example may be better than mine.
The cap penalty isn't the difference between us and a great team. And it would matter a lot less if Mike didn't waste his first two seasons blowing up the defense and making several big mistakes at QB. But that misses the point. Talent is way down on the list of problems we face. Mike and co probably take up the top ten spots on the list and the cap penalty might be the eleventh.
