And that right there is why I'm very hesitant about getting rid of Mike Shanahan - especially after
this season. The team as a whole does not need to be blown up nor does a new regime need to come in and replace what's working. The offense is fine, the offensive philosophy is fine. Give the playcalling duties to Mike if need be, but unless the 'skins are adding a few pieces to the offense, it doesn't need to be touched.
Now, the rest of the team is a different story. I like Ryan Kerrigan, but I don't really care if a new regime blows the defense and special teams completely up at all. More power to them.
