I think Trent Murphy and Spencer Long moves would be great idea. Trent isn't a great fit at olb, I think he can be more effective on the line if he can put on more weight and get back to playing with leverage.

Long to center would be ideal, but not exactly an easy switch.


And for goldson at free safety, he won't be playing for the skins at a 7.5 or 8 million cap number. Fully expect a number half that. look, I much rather give kam goldson's 8 million.
