yes it will suck for folks that depend on it daily but the majority of MD/Bmore commuters do not use it
if they can clear that rumble and create a shipping lane we can at least get the port back up and chugging

I would think clearing the shipping channel is the top priority - port is losing millions a day with no ship traffic. Should only take a couple weeks to get the main lane reopened, then they can focus on clearing the rest of the debris and getting reconstruction started.
