You should never be tired when the season begins no matter what kinda Physical fitness program you involved in to begin with.
Unless you old and extremely out of being physically capable of making it in this league.
Yes last year didn't work. But I'm not buying into the physical program was to much. We had to many injuries in spots with no depth!
You can go easier on a select few if they are banged and nicked that's only common sense. But your only gonna get out what ya put in HARD WORK. Just get it done....NO EXCUSES!
