I don't think it's overworked and underpaid mentality, but if these guys are tired when the season starts, how will they feel week 17.
All of that said, they better be in camp the same time as everyone else and put in the time. Last years' strategy didnt work so hot.

We had to many injuries in spots with no depth! You can go easier on a select few if they are banged and nicked that's only common sense. But your only gonna get out what ya put in HARD WORK.
