Maybe his agent is telling Cooley to wait, but then again Cooley himself told the press that he's not even dealing with it, he's letting his agent handle it. Maybe Cooley really does want to go out and get a shitload of money in free agency, idk, or maybe Cooley likes being a Redskin and wants to stay here, even though he knows he can get big money elsewhere.
