What is your favorite free software resource?

God, that sounds like a spam title, doesn't it?

Anyhow, a different thread is talking about the best free anti-virus apps, so I thought I would expand it to discuss favorite sites for finding free software. A couple of guidelines:

I am talking only about software that the author intended to be free - NOT cracks/warez/bootlegs/etc.
I am not talking about sites like Download.com and "get-ur-free-software-here.com" I envision this as being a meta-list of discussion forums where other users have listed their favorite software.
