The season isn't lost. Yet...

I'll admit I'm trying to counter a lot of the negativity that's been cropping up. believe me, following this team for c. 40 years, I get it. But all is not lost, even if we lose again this week (likely). Last year wasn't a fluke, we have a core of good young players, maybe great in some instances, and a much improved ownership that is just getting its feet under the table. Yes there are hiccups like AP's handling of Scary's contract (which I feel has indirectly contributed to multiple problems, not just Terry's unavailability). But are we not glad we're not the Jets? The Titans? The Browns? The Dolphins?

Yes it's unlikely now, not least because of our schedule, but 2005, 2007, 2012, 2020 all saw us flip a losing record and make the playoffs. It's not impossible. let's have a little faith.

Plus Mariota has a history with the Chiefs. As long as he throws a TD to himself 😁
