Nice renovations they've done to Redskins park.
So.. A lot has been to Redskins park, but isn't there more renovations to occur over the next 8 years? I thought that was why they went to Bon Secours. Or was Richmond a site to not only appease Shanny but to use the money received from the deal, to fund the Rpark renovations?

This hasn't been talked about much but I wonder of Rob Jackson is in danger of being cut. With Jenkins and Tapp having strong camps I wonder if he's become expendable.

RJ cut? Doubt it. Tapp and Jenkins both look like situational pass rushers only. RJ excels in coverage. Plus his cap implication isn't anything crazy. I'd be really surprised to see him get the axe.

I wonder if this is the year Perry Riley steps up and becomes an elite inside linebacker? This article is somewhat old, but still interesting. As it points out, if Riley could step up his game, the Redskins' linebacking corps could be one of the best, if not the best, in the NFL.

He always stands out when I watch the Skins play. The linebackers wouldn't be as good as the 49ers linebackers but they would still be in the better half of the league.

Sarcastic, right? Why does it matter what kind of shirt he was wearing? Now if he had on a wife beater, a different teams jersey, or a shirt with questionable graphics or words, that would be a different story. But the shirt he's wearing looks very nice and presentable; definitely not something they should have fined him for. Or am I too much of a homer?

Just come out in a regular shirt and toss the ball around w/ out all the causing anymore attention to the situation. It's painfully obvious RG3 loves the camera and the attention. Not that there's anything wrong with that as long as it's backed up on the field, and it doesn't rub your teammates the wrong way.

He knows the rules and chose to wear it, knowing they would fine him. As I understand it the fine goes to charity, so to me its just a non issue. I imagine they have to fine players otherwise Nike et al wouldn't be willing to spend the big marketing dollars. Its token rebellion and showmanship from a star player. 10grand to a guy who got 21 million guaranteed is proportionally equivalent to a nickel.

I took it as he was just having fun with the whole "rift with Shanahan" deal. The NFL clearly does stand for the no fun league.
