Sarcastic, right? Why does it matter what kind of shirt he was wearing? Now if he had on a wife beater, a different teams jersey, or a shirt with questionable graphics or words, that would be a different story. But the shirt he's wearing looks very nice and presentable; definitely not something they should have fined him for. Or am I too much of a homer?

Just come out in a regular shirt and toss the ball around w/ out all the causing anymore attention to the situation. It's painfully obvious RG3 loves the camera and the attention. Not that there's anything wrong with that as long as it's backed up on the field, and it doesn't rub your teammates the wrong way.

It does matter what he wears. He has multiple contracts and agreements that tell him what he's allowed to wear during the game. Anytime he's at work he should be wearing his work clothes.

It's just like wearing your uniform for work. You have to wear it..

NFL is a business.

I see your point that the NFL is a business and that he should wear his uniform to "work". But where I'm coming from is: how could it possibly matter what kind of shirt he's wearing, as long as it's not way out of line? He wasn't even playing, just warming up. The NFL is over policing players: from this, to fining Bostic, to fining Brian Urlacher $100,000 for wearing an unauthorized hat at the Super Bowl, to the new running back rule. THE NFL IS FINE, GOODELL! STOP F****** WITH IT!
