He needs to shut up and practice.

The best thing he did in the last seven days was the SHAZZAM nickname, though.

Come on dawg, you are picking the wrong guy to go after, or at least the wrong forum to after him. Smoot is HILAROUS.

did any recievers have 100 yards??? did trent green throw all over us??? did he not have an int right in his hands in which he could have walked into the endzone??? I feel he didnt have his best game but hardly did he play bad. you picked the wrong thread anyways to bring this up...the best thing you did in the last seven days is come up with " he got turned around more than a dreidel at channukah!" did you get that from your dad or are you a dad yourself....later buddy

You need to calm down. You think everyone is coming after you and you strike back for some reason. Stop now.

Actually, I kinda stole that line from someone else, I think in this forum.

Someone said he got turned around like a top. Tops aren't as funny as dreidel, so I pulled a Carlos Mencia and stole the joke and added a twist.

Smoot is a funny guy, and quite the mariner, apparently.

His play last week was not up to par.

And that interception: went right through his hands. He should've had it.

My model Redskin is still Art Monk.

LMAO!! How bad was 70's television.. Damn..

Just let him kick 3 more game winners and have us sitting at 5-2 or something and ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown will do a package on him with that as the intro.. I smell a 'Mayne Event'..

Re: Thank you Smoot for Shazam!

SMOOT played fine, he was on chambers a lot......a great receiver, and didn't get beat for more than 10 yards.....gotta like that, especially when there is no pressure on the QB. The skins didn't blitz much, and told the corners to contain....smoot did just that. People always hate on him for giving up a lot of completions....but he rarely gets beat for TD's. Plus he's a great locker room guy...and a REDSKIN. I would take smoot over rogers to cover a top receiver.

The thread was about Smoot giving Suishman the nickname 'Shazam' not his play.

I agree 100%.
Especially since Sellers used to lose his head and get called for personal fouls on nearly every special teams play, but now he knows how to harness that aggression and use it for good.
I fear him, and yet I cannot look away...

Re: Thank you Smoot for Shazam!

Mega props to Suisham and Frost. These guys have come a long way. Plus the fact that Gibbs had faith in Suisham to kick a 40 yarder to end the game tells me that's a gimme for him.

We have a kicker that we can count on to successfully kick field goals inside the 50 yards fills me with joy!

Just didn't want you getting into the same "banter" you got into with DGreene28. That's all.
