Campbell calling out the offensive line, Moss calling out Campbell, the defense calling out the offense. LOL.

I think it's clear that Zorn is just not the kind of a leader a football team needs. Too much internal conflict and everyone talking to the media. There is a clear lack of discipline and that starts with the HC.

Agreed. I agreed with this weeks ago.

Get ready for more of the same now that they are starting to play football again.

It's been so nice not to be miserable about the Skins performance for a week. Unfortunately, the moderately pleasant feelings will now be banished for several weeks as we proceed to go 0-9. Then for another several weeks more as we go through another excrutiating coach search in which we hire the D-Line Coach, Waterboy, Special Counsultant to the Head Coach and QB Coach before hiring the Head Coach.

ARE back on punts? Dear God what a f'ing mess this is. It's Spurrier/Norv redux where the inmates are once again running the asylum.

Yep! Its a pluperfect freak show, and I don't understand how anyone can expect anyone worth a damn in football would want to come here, Snyder's checkbook notwithstanding. What exactly does this organization offer at this point in time except a circus and the ruination of reputations and careers?

Calling this an effin mess is probably too mild...

It seems like you think the Skins are structured like a regular team with the HC in charge and his word is law, it isnt. Zorn never was in charge of the team, DS is. That's the reason for the lack of discipline & conflicts. The players know the HC isnt in charge and has no power so they know they can do what they want without repurcussions, as long as they are buddies with DS. The team will continue to be a mess as long as the HC is powerless and a select few star players only answer to the owner.

Vinny is in charge of this team - He gives the marching orders to Zorn. I don't think DS comes up with these ideas but rather listens to Cerrato's advice and says "okay, you're in charge do what you think is best".

He's Wormtongue.

Uh, by watching. Its not difficult to see. The organization has undermined Zorn's authority almost from the minute he came onboard as HC.

Exactly what are you "watching" that serves as first hand knowledge of what is happening behind the scenes of this Mega-corp.
It's not hard to speculate
It's not hard to assume
It's not hard to hyperbole
Actual....good info is another matter.
I have NO problem hanging DS's ass out to dry for his product on the field. It IS his team.
Beyond that I have read nothing on this site that makes me think anybody here has first hand info of all the speculated BS going on behind the scenes.

How? I will grant you that for this season, but how did they undermine him last season???

I think that is part of it, but the other part is that Zorn let way to much time go by before he took any responsibility, publicly, for the teams performance. Blanche finally had to do it before Zorn got a clue. Constantly calling out players for "not executing" and not putting the blame on your self (like Gibbs did) wore on the players. It had to, it wore on me. If you can't criticize yourself, you shouldn't criticize your players... unless you have earned the right by consistenly winning.
