Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
That's it. Either they both lose or we play for everything that evening.

Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
If we beat the cowboys, We'd be the 4th seed and play Seattle (5th seed) at home in the wild card round. If we won, we'd go on the road to face Atlanta (1st seed) at home in the divisional round.
If the Vikings and bears lose, and we lose, we'd be the 6th seed and play sanfransisco (3rd seed) on the road in the wild card round. If we won that, we'd have to go to lambeau to face the packers. Which scenario do you think gives us the best chance of making the NFC championship game?

Simplified, sure. Probably because of the opponent and RG3's practice availability. Andy Reid and Todd Bowles did a good job attacking our tendencies. We'll surely have a lot of new stuff that Dallas hasn't seen yet for next week.

Atlanta in the playoffs; Huge Chokers. Would not surprise me one bit if we beat them in the playoffs.

Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
Not afraid of Atlanta. If RGIII finishes that game, we likely beat them earlier this year. It was a tie ball game until about 3 minutes to go...KC threw two late int's...

Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
As long as we beat Dallas, I am going to be more worried about Seattle than Atlanta. Seattle has been incredible recently and they're the ones who knocked us out of the playoffs the last two times. I hate Seattle. Atlanta is not as good as their record shows and we can definitely beat them, like we should have beat them earlier in the season.

Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
The reality is that the Skins and Cowboys are very evenly matched...and most likely the winner plays Seattle...which should favor Seattle the way they have been playing out of their minds....I just want to beat the cowboys...but ironically getting in as a wild card and going to San Fran may be an easier game for the Skins....although far from a likely win.
I am just thrilled to death the Skins have more than 7 wins....that was what I thought they would achieve...i had no expectation of an awesome kicker, amazing RB and a rookie QB with zero learning curve...I was expecting 9-7 or 10-6 next year. Hail to the Redskins!....our SB was Thanksgiving....can it happen again?.....I SAY YES CRUSH those Cowgirls!!

Re: Wild Card Chances as Fall Back Option
I'm not concerned with the Falcons. They have been undefeated inside the Terror Dome this season which accounts for something. But I agree....that they can be beaten by a team that matches up well with them.
