Nice, I've always been a fan of Javarris James (being a Canes fan). So Chad Simpson is not going to contribute now? Both practice squad depth?

Williams was going to return regardless of CP's status...like Banks, I think he was just a weekly roster shuffle, not a permanent cut, so I wouldn't read into CP's season status too much with a practice squad signing...James is just replacing Keiland's PS RB spot.
