per Greg Aiello, Goodell has now imposed an indefinite ban based on "new evidence".

The "new evidence" being the outrage expressed by the public after viewing what the NFL had already seen.

Goodell: "Ohhhhh. Man, I guess I didn't think it was all that wrong. I mean, the abuse victim said it was her fault. Who knew? My bad."
